Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@shoponestop.store to start a return. Return instructions will be provided per item.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, perishable goods, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact us at whitrock2018@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Note: Custom/personalized items are exempt from this right.
